More than 98% of the items offered on the BOLTS –N-MORE.COM, INC. website are available immediately from stock. If an item that you have ordered is not available you will be notified by e-mail and given the option of cancelling the order or waiting for stock to become available. If you elect to cancel the order a full refund will be given via the method of payment used.

Orders placed by 2:00 CST will be shipped the day they are placed in most cases. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until the following business day.  Parts may ship from warehouses in multiple locations.  We will always try to consolidate shipments and ship from the closest stocking warehouse.  Not all parts are stocked in all warehouses.

Unless otherwise designated, all BOLTS –N-MORE.COM, INC. orders ship via UPS Ground.

  • Orders $1,000 + – will be shipped free of charge within the Continental United States


In cases where BOLTS –N-MORE.COM, INC is at fault, customer can return parts for full credit.

No returns will be accepted without an RGA, which can be obtained via email at rga@boltsnmore.com:

Upon receiving an RGA from BOLTS –N-MORE.COM, INC the following conditions will apply:

  • Parts must be received in their original packaging and in unused condition
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • A restocking fee may apply
  • Parts purchased by resellers can only be returned within 30 days of shipment, and will automatically carry a restocking fee of 25%. NO EXCEPTIONS

All returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being received.


All our products are shipped in new condition.  BOLTS-N-MORE.COM, INC. is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipment.  If a loss or damage occurs during shipping it is your responsibility to file a damage claim with the freight carrier.  Please follow these guidelines when accepting your shipment:

  • Do not accept any package that is damaged, crushed, or have been opened and resealed.
  • If damage is concealed and not discovered until you open the box, keep all packaging and shipping material. Take a photo inclusive of the box and its contents.  This will help with your claim
  • Contact the carrier, and file a claim. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE OR MERCHANDISE TO US.
